Game Progres Achievments
Lab Rat
You will get that achievment by obtaining second part of Portal Gun at Chamber 11. Its inpossible miss it.

Fratricide
You need to burn Companion Cube at Chamber 17. Also unmissable.


Partygoer
Escape from fire trap, unmissable.


Heartbreaker
You will obtain that achievment by completing a game. To complete Portal you must defeat GLaDOS.

@RollieMcFly27 It's good that you say that because I didn't know about it. Personally, when I tried to get this achievement, I could undo the save so if I missed a camera, I didn't have to start from the beginning. Maybe I had some bug

For the "Camera Shy" achievement, you need to do it in a single playthrough. If you leave or you miss one, you have to start over. (Peep your Achievements window in-game to track your stats)

valve has more than 2 braincells, they will stop you from getting achievments if you use sv_cheats.

guys remember if you use cheats the game wont give you the friggin achievements :steamdeadpan:

so i tried to get the advanced chamber achievements with cheats months ago but it wouldn't give them to me and now i came back to try again just in case and it still wont work.
so in the actual games achievement section in the main menu it says i have the cupcake fruitcake
and crazy vanilla cake achievements but on my actual steam account i don't have them and i really don't know what to do or if there is anything i can do.

I broke all the cameras without knowing about the achievement but still I didn't get it. This game is so damn glitched.

The least steps challenge is so ass, least time is pretty annoying too
