as Sparta don't have a effective archer units in battle, I had created a unit that can be used to the Spartans. Enjoy and Rate it!

@Spartan just because the Spartans despised the idea of bows dosen't mean the spartan army didn't have archers. the archers in the spartan army were free men joining the army to gain spartan citizenship but wasnt skilled with the sword or spear as well as troops from spartas client states

Spartans do very much have an effective archer unit. You just have to have your army list be about 1/3 archers if you actually want to use archers. Or use Better Veterans...

Aha I don't mean to sound like a bookworm, but the reason why there were no Spartan Archers were because Spartans despised the idea of Bows, they thought it was the cowards way to kill a man. From afar.

Anyway to reduce their Missle Damage? It's at 40 and I think that's a bit OP'd. Thanks!

Hi there!
I was thinking of creating a perfect army (archers, infantry etc) with supernatural skills. Any chance for creating mod like that?
Whats your idea?

I love the unit, but I really wish you'd make them 120 men strong rather than 240. It's hard to even fit them inside villages when defending.
