The University Credit Union Bank is located between the Minuteman Castle an the Atom Cats Garage in the west. The nearest quicktravel point is "University Point". After you've arrived, just run in the direction to the "Traders Welcome" and you'll find the bank easily around the next corner.

Standing in front of the bank, go to the left and around the container. There you'll find a broken window and can enter the building.

By entering the bank you'll see a terminal on the wall at the right side. Hack it and you'll see the next terminal near a big steel door. Hacking this too will let you in a room with some safes - most of them are broken.

Now open the only closed one in the middle row and you'll find a red button in it.

Note: This is a master lock - if you didn't have the ability to pick it now, come back later

After pressing the red button, a secret door in the wall will open and reveals a secret Vault containing a weapons workbench and a chemistry station

As a reward you'll get also the Laser Pistol Prototype UP77 "Limitless Potential", which can fire without reloading, and some cells
