No Useless Pickups

Consumable pickups (life hearts, mana stars, and Nebula boosters) can no longer be picked up if they are not needed.

No more having to watch your step when setting up an oddly-specific arena in singleplayer!
No more watching the tank steal all your mana drops in multiplayer!

Each item and their pickup conditions can be modified in the mod config.
Also, use the "/pickups" command in chat to see how many of each you've collected!
