Just quicktravel to the Hotel Harbormaster and run around the hotel till you reach the waterside. You should see now a pier with a shack on it..

At the end of the pier you'll meet Donny Kowalski. Talking to him will activate the quest "Here there be Monsters!"

Now you'll have to swim a little bit to reach the "Monster", which is actually a old nuclear sumarine: the Yangtze. Reaching it will also unlock it for quicktravel.

Enter the Submarine and talk to captain Zao. He'll have some work for you.

As the quest is actually very simple, I don't want to tell you to much - just have fun by doing it and exploring the Submarine.

Finishing the quest you'll get beside some other stuff 3 Homing Beacons from Zao. Thrown at a target (like a grenade) it will not do any damage directly, but it summons a tactical nuclear missile from the Yangtze to this place. So make sure to keep enough distance to the impact.


...... Only for console users, if they need more: the ID of the Homing Beacon is "00065dec" ......
