A mod dedicated to the famous video content creator Wang Lao Ju, thanking him for over 10 years of companionship.

The mod contains 1 new character WangLJ, 80+ card, 10+ relics and 4 new potions.

I also have written flavor text next to every card, relic, and potion to explain the meme or story behind it. However, due to my language skills, most translations may not fully convey the intended meaning. If you are willing to help with polishing the translations, please contact me.

Who is Wang Lao Ju ?

A famous video creator who has millions of fans on Bilibili platform. Over the past 10 years, a lot of indie games were known by Chinese players because of his videos, such as Kenshi, The Scroll Of Taiwu, Ace and Advanture and our Slay the Spire. He is also a big fan of Souls games and is called 'Sun Knight' by fans.

WangLJ often acts as an evil capitalist and make all use of his employees in his video. In this mod you can spend coins to hire employees, use them and then layoff them to hire new employees.

The mod is designed simple to hands on but hard on high accession level. The keyword include:

Worker (Employee) - Slacking off in the discard pile and never return to the draw pile.

Layoff - Select and Exhaust a certain number of cards in the discard pile. If the Exhausted card is a Worker, add a copy to the draw pile; otherwise, add a Rabble to the draw pile. Then draw the same amount of cards.
Rabble is a common type of worker you will acquire at the start of the game.

Apostasy - When using a card with this keyword but a different name from the last card, Layoff 3.

Avatar - The card turns into a legendary character in WangLj's video, entering the combat with temporary health and special effects. Move to discard pile when switching to another avatar or temporary health is depleted.
