Spinning Drop Miner [Block Limits] [No DLC]

I worked long and hard on this miner concept, this ship is a framework for your spinning drill ship and can be adapted to your needs. If you use the default design it is intended to be docked to a carrier ship that can bring it to the mining spot and support it with cargo transfers etc, this ship however is still reasonably capable at operating on its own.

Features:
- Very moderate 360,000kg weight, very affordable and easy to build from projector
- Ample thrust for planetary mining
- Uses wheels to support the ship and massively reduces hydrogen /power consumption
- Efficient drill placement allows for mining a large area and boring holes
- Its design is very stable and allows for afk mining without worry
- A very simple and accessible design, it can easily be adapted for your own needs
- It comes equipped with standard utility such as: large refinery, assembler, survival kit, antenna, remote control, parking camera, h2/o2 gen, small reactor, utility and safety lights, an airtight control room.

How to use:
Enable the gyro override and use the right click drill option to make the area smooth, and an indent is ideal, then you can turn off dampeners and turn on the drills so it will auto mine. You could also hold right click and mine a long tunnel. If you are not mining in gravity you can increase the thruster override on the downward thrusters to help you stick to the surface.
The 4 thrusters can lift max 2.9million kg in earthlike gravity however trying to lift or enter space with a full load is not recommended.

Fine tuning settings: (should already be optimised but you may want to tweak based on your environment / setup)
Wheel Height - If drilling is too slow or not smooth
Wheel Friction - If it is slipping around too much or getting stuck
Wheel Suspension - It should be firm to allow smooth drilling but some give is beneficial to keep things smooth and stable
Gyro override Yaw - If it is too fast the drills wont have enough time to drill a chunk, if it is slower the drills tend to drill deeper per rotation but can cause the drilling to be rough
