Poppo has a weak stat-line of -1 across the board, fitting the fact that she's more suited to gathering stars rather than fighting. Her 7 health, while massive in comparison to most other characters, won't do her good when she can't take, nor dodge a hit. Finally her hyper "Ubiquitous", while insanely strong for a star gatherer, is fairly worthless for our purposes, so we'll need to fix that.

For your deck, I recommend Passionate Research and Mimic so that you can quickly get a Hyper or two, and swap them out for something more suited to combat, like say Accelerator, Extraordinary Specs, or Awakening of Talent.

Follow that up with the obvious choices of Pudding and Portable Pudding for healing, great cards for any build on most characters. I also bring along Quick Restoration as it can save you in a bad situation.

Next we'll need to handle Poppo's negative stat-line, so I brought Serious Battle and Reverse Attribute Field which will turn her stats into natural 0s or +1s. I bring Rbits to get some defensive power, if only for one battle. Finally we round off the deck with Accel Hyper for that cheeky double 6 that you're never going to get, and Extension as a last resort.

Note that you can easily change out any of these cards for what you'd prefer, this is just my thought on a "good" deck for a meme build like this.

So now what? You've got your deck and the depression brought on from watching your favorite game die a slow, painful death. What do we do now?

Well, it's ill advised to run in swinging from turn 1 like a Star Breaker or Kae main since you've still got a weak stat-line and no access to your cards, so it's better to take it slow and gather some Stars for the first two Norma. If your opponents are people who aren't going to have an easy time fighting you as much as you are them, then it wouldn't hurt to fight a little early on. Good targets are Kyoko since she literally can't dodge, and anyone who has weak attack power alongside evasion, with the exception of Tequila as he'll hit you back way harder than you're gonna hit him.

Once you hit Norma 3 or 4, then it's time to start fighting for real. I shouldn't need to tell you what to do here, think about your moves and plan ahead, keeping your limited resources and default weak stat-line in mind and you'll be okay.
