Go to C:\Users\(PC User name)\AppData\Roaming and find the LucasArt folder.
Find your Lego game and open the folder. Now upon opening it, find the pcconfig text document. Open it and configure in your resolution. Sometimes this may happen where the PC Lego game will synchronized your resolution. And adapt "ScreenRefreshRate" with that of your screen.
