Nearly all of it is destructible, nearly. (it takes 20 seconds to spawn)

To make the main elevator plunge to its firey, explosive death, click F on the decoupler above it (Its in the ceiling).

➤ Due to its sheer size, on potato PCs like mine it can be a tiny bit laggy, but its not unbearable.

Also, I highly recommend getting Snooza's Magdump Mayhem mod . Not only because its fun, but because the "Blue Camo" and "Arctic Camo", as well as the riot helmet and vest it adds, are absolutely perfect as security guards and scientists.
