Welcome to my guide on how to RDM (Random Deathmatch), properly in Trouble in Terrorist Town. In this guide you will be learning the methods of how to RDM properly that I have learned over the years of playing and running Trouble in Terrorist Town servers. We will be covering

• The DOs and DONTs
  
• Framing Others
  
• Blaming others
  
• and Trolling

If you want to get away with RDM make sure that you NEVER do any of the following

• RDM more than twice in one round
  
• RDM a detective buddy
  
• RDM two T buddies in a single round (unless you get a colateral, Ex. Jihad Bomb)
  
• RDM if you don't own a good mic (needed for quick lying)
  
• RDM an admin
  
• Never say that you rdmed, if they don't question it don't say anything
  
• DO NOT dispose the bodies you kill, ID them then say they attacked you
  
• If the admin is mature don't suck their ♥♥♥♥, if they aren't then suck away!

What you should do

• Try to have a habit of switching weapons after every kill or getting full ammo incase of ammo checks
  
• After killing someone wait a few seconds then ID the body. Blame the person you killed for attacking you
  
• Only RDM a traitor buddy if other innocents are around to ID the body. Have some reasonning behind the kill too, if you apologize through T chat (with shift) he may think it was an accident
  
• As a T try using your T items to kill traitor buddies "by accident". If the server you're on has the jihad bomb you could get away with killing two T buddies, just make sure you kill one innocent in the process.

Doin' it for the thrill

Very effective towards one person only
Hopefully you know that you can bind a key, if not type this in your console, here we are binding a key to kill yourself.
This will make it so that if you click l you will kill yourself, you can change l to whatever your heart desires.

With this trusty dusty rusty bind all we have to do now it go near a person who is alone and start shooting our gun into the sky and screaming (via voice chat or radio) XXX IS A TRAITOR! Then after ten or so shots, kill yourself. Now watch as your pathetic minions corner and kill the accused player.

This one may be a little bit hard to master but the general premise of it is to shout and accuse someone of having seen their knife, this works especially well if the accused doesn't own a microphone.

This is a very hard kill to pull off and I recommend that you master propkilling in TTT with your magneto-stick first, otherwise you'll look like a total tard. Also make sure the server allows for throwing props since some don't. What you will basically be doing is holding any prop (barrels, sawblades, and exhaust pipes work best) toward the ground, if you do this right flick the prop straight up when someone is on or touching it. If done right they will fly upwards and die of the fall or they will instantly be crushed in some cases.

If you haven't noticed, when picking up a barrel with a magneto-stick it will spin depending on which side of the barrel you pick the prop up from. Find which end causes it to spin (usually the top) then wait in a tight hallway. When the victim walks by you and your prop pick it up, if done right the spinning prop will cause the victim to die. Play around with this and you'll know what I mean.

You can also do a plain and simple prop smash or tossing a prop real fast, although these are more obvious you could still pull off potentially killing one or two people in a single throw.

If your traitor buddies are ever attacking some innocent and they happen to be near an explosive barrel shoot the barrel. Tell them you were trying help a traitor buddy kill an innocent but did not realize your T buddy was in range of the barrel.

Another lesser-known tip is that if you have 100hp and you are holding an explosive barrel with a magneto-stick you won't die from it's explosion. This being said if you convince some dumbass standing near you to shoot your barrel you could potentionally kill them and get away with 10 or so hp.

Works best with 16 (the maximum) prop force
On maps with these following props it is very easy to kill people by smashing in spectator mode in the prop control mode

• Car Muffler (Fly ups and slam down)
  
• Saws (Get speed and chop them)
  
• Car Axels (Super effective at slamming down)
  
• Dumpsters and cars (Spin them with A and D)

Barrels can kill already wounded people easily but not so much for healthy people.

Sounds simple because it is simple, if someone is standing near an edge pull out your crowbar and right click them, it will push them off. If you are sneaky you could sneak behind them and push them off without them knowing who did it.

In this method you use a small prop like a bike or cinderblock to push a big prop like a car or dumpster. You can make the go flying and kill people.


Note: If you are trying to kill someone and they are calling you out one thing to do is to just scream over them so nobody can hear, if that is not possible kill him then go silent and don't ID the body, at this point you are most likely ♥♥♥♥♥♥. If you can just hide for the rest of the game.

You may think trolling is as simple as screaming or killing someone, but you can also get jiggy with it.

Just get two friends and you can easily block off a ladder and trap the people climbing on it. Here is a good example.


For this troll when someone goes into a room with only one exit go up to the outside side of the door and mash E on the it. It will make the door open/close sound and twitch the doorknob every time you click E. The people wont be able to get out since they wont be able to open the door as long as you keep door spamming it.

Pick up a barrel and when you have the opportune moment block the player with a prop in the corned. What I mean by this is hold the barrel and force them to be trapped in a corner, they wont be able to move anywhere.

I know a bunch of you kiddies love ttt_minecraft_b5, so here is a troll/RDM method for that map. Pretty much tell someone to get tested, once they are in the tester close the door and leave, they wont be able to escape. Also, if you tell them to get in but close the door on them they will get stuck in the doorway, when they are stuck in the doorway they can't be let out because the button gets stuck too, this ensures nobody can come and save them.

After you kill someone the last thing you want is to alarm the entire server and have a squad out to kill you, so try one of these methods.

If you can, wait till the DNA runs out then ID the body, say you found him. Plain and Simple.

After killing a guy wait till someone stumbles in. Shoot and kill them saying that he had just killed the unidentified dead guy. You can get two victims this way :)

On some maps there are locations where you can just throw the bodies out, use these to your advantage. Converting them to bread or watermelons is also great.

On maps with water take a dead body, swim to the bottom of the body of water, and pin them to the ground, for Traitors only. It is called the Naval Mine method because of the way they float from the rope underwater.

Today you learned some valuable life lessons, make sure you use this new found knowledge to your advantage.
