It seems its at random but mostly on the military ones. Noticed two zombies I forgot to add that also did it.

It seems to me that the only thing we can do is not copy anyone and hope it lessons the likely hood of it happening again.

I did try to replace them with new ones and their head just tilted.
(So i'd say it doesn't do anything.)

Another thing it could be is just size of world / how old it is.
• This world is I'd say 50ish hours old

I tested it on another one and it had no heads twisting
• That one was around 7 hours old.

This was a new world I made to test
• it also had no tilting.

End note: it seems sadly the best way to avoid this is to have smaller worlds, just live with it, or stop copying people which may help a little bit.
If only this dev was active.

if anyone can post other characters doing it or confirm if it's the same ones for everyone that would be nice; so post screenshots of them.
