-Доходишь честным путем (или командой map a3c8p2) до финальной битве на башне.
-Спавнишь конус:
prop_physics_create hdtfoak/hdtf_cone.mdl
после этого на секунду выходишь из меню в геймплей, целишься в конус и дальше пишешь в консоль ent_setname very_special_item
-для верности делаешь f6 f9 (сохраняешься и загружаешься, так надо), после чего херачишься с врагами и на фразе "Кажется это был последний, приземляюсь" - хватаешь конус и ждешь черного экрана. Достижение получено, жопа не болит, все довольны

-Spawn a cone:
prop_physics_create hdtfoak/hdtf_cone.mdl
after that, for a second you exit the menu into the gameplay, aim at the cone and then write ent_setname very_special_item into the console
-to be sure, you do f6 f9 (save and load, that’s how it’s supposed to be), after which you mess around with the enemies and at the phrase “I think this was the last one, I’m landing” - grab the cone and wait for the black screen. Achievement received, butt doesn't hurt, everyone is happy
