Fixed this

This addon can still bug out but everything else works just fine!

This addon adds QTE system for required items of this addon, this will do nothing without them!

This addon also contains console commands which start at 'ds_qte_'

roastytoasty "ds_qte_npc_enable 1" i think, works on all npc's, on vj base, on drg, and on hl2 npc's, if it's already set you need to change "ds_qte_chance" to higher number
