Beskrivning
Enabled The United Nations of Earth (UNE) in the later stages of the game to unify the world. This project requires the prerequisite technology of "Arrival Governance". At the beginning of the game, there is a claim on the New York region, and later claims on all regions of the world can be unlocked through technology. UNE does not have a fixed capital, so you can release it with any country.

[Updated] Changed the UNE generation mechanism so it can now work on old saves.

Like @Eins said, you need to release UNE to unlock the project.

Also like @Joedain added if you want to claim yuzhno-sakhalinsk.

Inside steamapps common TerraInvicta mods enabled PlanetaryUnity; TIBilateralTemplate.json

You need to have this at the end.

I also changed this in the workshop file don't think it's needed if you don't enable disable the mod. But who knows.

For me the mod seems to work mostly, except for the not-fixed capital stated in the mod description. I was only able to found the UNE by taking over the USA and releasing it from there.

you should release RNE from USA first to get the final technology appeared. I read the code to find that.
