Egyptian Temples 2 State Cultures (DEI version)

Greetings....
I noticed while using the DEI submod All Factions Playable that the Blemmyai, minor as they are, can't spread their own culture. This is because they have Egyptian temples which spread Egyptian culture. While historically correct (the Blemmye were big followers of Isis and had been a part of Egyptian culture since they days of the Medjay), it is game breaking for these guys.

So, since I can't change their culture without going into the dreaded startpos file, I modified the Egyptian temples to spread the state culture of whoever builds them. This way Medewi and Aksum can still spread their Egyptian culture, and Blemmyai can spread their Desert Nomadic culture.

I know this is a minor change, and there probably aren't a bunch of people dying to play as the Blemmyai; however DEI is great because of its attention to detail to all factions. This mod is not a criticism of the DEI team, I'm just filling in a gap where I can.
