Alright, Dum-Dum, you want to have performance in this game? A few simple steps:
physics -
Set physics to low and max dead bodies to 1, this works for me most of the time.
graphics -
use AMD FSR Ultraquality + x2 msaa for an easy frame boost. medium quality textures and low quality textures look the same as high when fighting, you only notice they are bad when you are done fighting. Keep them at medium or low while in combat against 3+ enemies.
