Pyramidion of Ophren-Ka

A pyramidion is the capstone of a pyramid or the top portion of an obelisk. The name Ophren-Ka was invented just for the sake of flavour. While this model is based on a real pyramidion, in-game it could of course have been purposely built as a mini-pyramid, never actually being the top of an obelisk or a capstone. Who was Ophren-Ka, and what powers or secrets does this artifact bestow…or inflict?
