Subscribe to whatever crosshair you want from workshop, then open Hudsight, and click "Add"

Then go to Steam>steamapps>workshop>content>1477830 (you click whatever number on your file)
Then add it any crosshair image you subscribed there, all crosshairs you subscribed are seperated by files with each one identified with different numbers, with its crosshair.png (images).
