Opis
Yes its a terrible knockoff of the TIV (Tornado Intercept Vehicle) It will protect you somewhat, but at a cost. It flips easily on turns, and cant anchor when or if there is a tornado. Have fun!

Also it seats two people. One person in the observation dome in the back and one person as the driver.
