Its the house near the armorer in hallow town

This is a house in Hollow Town and you get the Voidore from doing the Quest the Person living inside gives you and the Quest straight up tells you that you need an Airship to do it.

Is this the house with the old solder in Hollow town? :/

I cannot for the life of me figure out wherre this is. I tried matching the scenery but no building?
