Ranking Requirements:
Rank starts at B and lowers if you use: Any hints, any lives, and more than 10 health units(Antidote and regular health packs count as 1 while large counts as 2). If you achieve all of these and also find all 15 secrets, you get S Rank.

Hardmode Ranking Requirements:
I'm kind of at a loss here. I finished Hardmode and got a B+. This time it includes heals used and secrets like before. But now it includes saves, kills and any bonus items you use(Crowbar, Crownades and Crow Wings.) I believe all of these held me back heavily. Probably best to save as least as possible, heal as least as possible, get all secrets, turn bonus items off or limit usage, and I'm not sure if kills weigh for or against you but I assume they help your score. IDK.

Hardmode Completion Reward:
Getting a B+ got me the Crow Hat and Crowsbow skin for my pistol. I'm not sure if there's other things hiding behind higher rankings but I will update the guide when I get it.

Rank Unlocks:

B Rank: Crow Bar. A melee weapon to help you conserve ammo.

A Rank: Crow Launcher. A crow grenade launcher with infinite ammo. Helpful for Crow Quest and quick playthroughs.

S Rank: Crow Wings. Puts wings on your character and allows her to quick travel between discovered save points. Helpful for quick playthroughs.

Crow Quest: Zap Girl skin and Lazer Gun replacement for pistol.
