Make sure you execute the game at least once or else you'll get an error when trying to open the mod installer.
Right click 911: First Responders on your Steam library and go to "Properties"
On the window that opens, go to the "LOCAL FILES" tab and click on "BROWSE LOCAL FILES..."
The game folder will open, double click "ModInstaller.exe"
Click on "Install package..." and search for the *.e4mod file of the mod you want to install.
Done, the mod is now installed and ready to be activated on Modifications menu of 911:FR

I wanted to download the Montana v2.5 mod, but it is not on e4 mod downloads on the M page.

also its not working for me to get US army mod or Los angles mod even New York mod.

Idk how to get the US army mod bc when i went to emegrency 4 planet.com and i went to US army mod and it didnt say download e4mod files :/

I am in windows 10 i also have Emegrency 4 but i got one mod is Civil Guard mod but its V0.71

@[PGS] Bad Birdy run the game at least once before trying to run the mod installer. i forgot to write this in the guide. ill add this now.

i get error game is not installed properly i downloaded it twice didnt worked help!
