Improved Guns Balanced Version

Beskrivelse
This mod simply improves all gunpowder weapons to make them a bit more realistic by making them stronger, more hard hitting but slower at reloading.

For example: Empire Handgunners (with no upgrades or stat increases) now deal 2x damage but take 26 seconds to reload instead of 13 seconds in the vanilla game.

Most gunpowder units have been edited to have:

- all rifles have 2x damage and 2x longer reload speed

- all pistols and blunderbusses have 1.5x damage and 1.5x reload speed

- 2x muzzle velocity

- Shieldbreaker effect for rifles but not for small guns such as pistols, blunderbusses and other certain guns.

- slight range increase


This is my original version of this mod which does the same thing but has a 1.5x reload speed instead of 2x, so it basically makes guns a little unbalanced and stronger. Use this if you want to make guns a bit more op.

Also I'll test the nuln gunners and any other high tier gun unit to see if they are indeed too OP from this mod and ill see if i can make them more balanced by giving them longer reload speeds or less damage output or whatever else will make them not insanely OP.

My mod does edit all those other units you mentioned btw.
Ill be updating this mod again in the next day or two aswell.
Your ironside units shoot fast because they originally spend 7 seconds reloading but my mod doubles all reloading speed so it now takes them 14 seconds to reload not including their blackpowder discipline trait, unless you have upgrades in technology and with your lords which im not going to edit as that would take a some time and im not really good at editing lord upgrade/abilities and would not be the point of this mod which to to only edit gun units.

i hope you do your mod is awesome, i mean there so many new units, chaos fireglaives,Nuln gunners, those dwarfen priate duds etc. i realy dont know why so much mods buff reload speed in there upgrades with firearms, so your mod is truly needed to balance that out :) Wish you a good start into the new year :)

Yeah i haven't updated the mod in ages so it is pretty out of date and has a handful of bugs. Ill probably update it sometime in the near future when I get back into playing warhammer and modding it.

doesnt seem to affect Nuln Ironsides and amythist ironsides at rank 9 they remain at 4 sec fireing rate, what is way to fast for a musket, for exampel wood elfs have what was it 5-7 sec fireing rate at rank 9. please could you make it work for thes two units too ? the game gives them so much reload speed buffs, instead they should give them more penetrating firepower ^^.

Otherwiese a great mod, just needs to work for Nuln and amythist units too :)
