Making sure your internet is working properly can be a good start to fix this. Try restarting your internet router (and or) modem as that may fix the issue. Also try disconnecting and reconnecting to your internet.

Creating a system variable is not that hard....

1. Make sure Titanfall 2 is closed and not running in the background
2. press the windows key and type "edit the system environment variables" and hit enter
3. make sure you are under the advanced section and click "Environment Variables"
4. Under "System Variables" make a new variable named "OPENSSL_ia32cap"
5. Make the variable value "~0x200000200000000"
6. save everything and close out of the environment variables editor
7. Restart your computer

after these steps, if you did it properly, should make the multiplayer part of the game work.
