I vividly remember novakid having a "bellybutton" option in the character creator during beta, but you couldn't see what it did because there wasn't a way to preview a character without clothes in the creator

I never understood why the Novakid lack a navel as you'd logically expect, but EVERY other race besides humans and the Glitch had one. It's like, what exactly is the deal with the respawn animations then?
