Taking ray71739 "Mega Man X Warning Effect" as an inspiration and reference, i made this addon.
Only bug is that the texture change color slightly in some areas. I tried to fix that but any help to fix that would be appreciated.

also i want toclarify i meant also have the text Say DANGER not warning :Monokuma2_DGR:
