Meet the quintuplets

All of these animals are species 1 with the same color A, color B, skin pattern color, size, and bio-luminescence. Only their skin patterns differ.

Pattern 1

Skin pattern 1 is obtained from Futura butterfly larvae.

Pattern 2

Skin pattern 2 is obtained from Imeo butterfly larvae.

Pattern 3

Skin pattern 3 is obtained from Serena butterfly larvae (and is my favorite).

Pattern 4

I have only found skin pattern 4 in chests. If it can be obtained from something else, please let me know.

Pattern 5

I have only found skin pattern 5 in chests. If it can be obtained from something else, please let me know.

i wish that pattern 1 had more litteration frequency

i think with pattern 5 you can make zebra and tiger Tilopina's (species 3)
but with pattern 4 a lava sharky (species 1)

Also seems to only give genetic traits if the animals are fed.
And they're more likely to give traits that the animal already has.

It seems like you can get any genetic trait by petting the animals.
I've gotten both patterns 4 and 5, variant 4, and bioluminescence 10 by petting the animal.

My favorite patterns overall are 4 and 5, but for species number 3 it is 1 and 2
