Better Miniguns

Beskrivning
Makes the minigun and mounted gun less useless. You can use them for longer before they need to cooldown, they cool down faster, and the minigun is more accurate.

you should make it 360, because in some maps of survival they are just pointing in one useless part, like the parish bridge
