Get the Garnet Novi Holy

If you can get debuff items on your Primary and Secondary, go for that. Especially Witch's Cloak.

Once you do, use your primary until you have 3 charges, use your secondary 3 times, and absolutely HAMMER your Special Button!!! Repeat until the boss dies.
