This utility leverages the MES mod api to force spawns to occur, while maintaining the MES behaviors. If you just need to sling prefabs around, check out PrefabSpawner

Shift+M to open the menu (limited to 3+ star players). Spawn, Shift+M, or Esc to close. This can be re-bound via Rich Hud, by hitting Enter to bring up chat and then F2. Look at the menu on the right.

Clicking Target: will cycle between offering a list of players or GPS points as the center point of the MES spawn.

GPS spawns aren't precisely at the point (this is a MES thing of following placement rules)

Known issues:
- Some types don't spawn, such as bosses. Unsure of cause.
