As much as this looks like a trivial ui change, and I didn't make any gameplay changes, stellaris engine classify this as a checksum altering mod and disables achievements. If you play on singleplayer you can just however just copy the save file with a different name, load the mod and load that renamed save, find some candidate systems, then restart game with this mod disabled and load the original savefile. Slightly inconvenient, but I shall say it's much more convenient than looking into each indiviual system.
