Details:
Only affect Karl Franz’s unique mount “Deathclaw” (not all griffons, unless that’s required technically).
Increase the model scale so that Deathclaw looks bigger and more imposing on the battlefield (for example, around 20–40% larger than the vanilla size).
Ideally:
Keep the same animations and skeleton.
Hitbox and collision can stay close to vanilla so it doesn’t become too overpowered or buggy in melee.
Compatible with the current version of the game and other common Karl Franz / Empire overhaul mods if possible.
If necessary, you can adjust the unit’s scale via the appropriate database tables (e.g. land_units, main_units, battle_entities) or by editing the model/variant mesh so that only Deathclaw is scaled up
