count limit 10
pollution high

-no workers need
-no maintenance
-no electricity need
-original version does not need fuel ,production is connected to wind speed

due some game restrictions I added another version for early game also that not require research wind.

UPDATED 8/4/2024

-Added fuel version and reduced some efficiency ,because production is constant 100%

@vajeeking these work great, thanks for making the fuel version. Great for small villages where an incinerator is still overkill. I will tinker with the fuel storage and consumption, but overall I think your values work pretty well.

@ Grave you can add/edit building.ini if you like it uses also gasoline and powered by wind speed, those lines according you preference.

$CONSUMPTION fuel 0.10
$STORAGE_IMPORT_SPECIAL RESOURCE_TRANSPORT_OIL 4 fuel

I added fuel version also. due limitations need to research wind can't disable or ignore that.
