Increased Tamurkhan Chieftain Unit Cap Per Army

Description
This mod increases the chieftain unit cap per army from 8 to 20 to allow for a full stack of chieftain units. This does not increase the recruitment cap per unit from the various chieftains.

I recommend pairing it with my other mod:
Tamurkhan Double Chieftain Unit Cap

@Kharn the Bloody I am unsure if it is compatible with SFO. I am still not very good at modding so wouldn't know where to begin to make it compatible. Anyone has carte Blanche permission to make my mods compatible with SFO so long as they are kind enough to credit.

This is exactly what was needed, when it was needed. Congratulations! I will not use the double cap unit though. All I want is a very diverse army made of plenty of hosts put together just like in the lore.
