Hi all- this as an alternative version of my repeater rifle recovery mod. In the original, I simply used the Ironside projectile weapon tables that were left over from the previous version of the game. However, I thought that they didn't "feel" quite right so I decided to mess with some settings until I was happy with them (I originally did this for personal use, but figured I'd post it in case anyone was interested).

In short, I have added some spread to and slightly reduced the damage of all repeater rifle projectiles on the Empire roster. To compensate, I also gave all repeater rifle projectiles a shockwave radius (wider hitbox basically). The shots now end up being more spread out and individually do a bit less damage but have a higher chance of hitting things and can possibly hit multiple models (I think).

Repeaters are now slightly better against multiple entity units and slightly worse against single entities. They are far more visually satisfying to use (To me anyway). Now, all of the bullets don't turn into a single death laser they way they used to, so they feel more like an actual burst-firing repeater rifle.

I've been playing with these changes since launch, including a lot of small scale playtesting in skirmish battles. These Ironsides seem very balanced now to the point where they should be fair in multiplayer if people want to face off. If anything, they could maybe use 1 more point of ap damage but I'm leaning on the side of caution- I really don't want them to be broken, I just want the empire to have cool repeater rifle infantry like they were originally supposed to (They can still become absolutely busted when they get a bunch of buffs in campaign though).

You do not need the original version of the mod to use this (Actually, I think it would crash the game).

@Sturmageddon Hey, just to let you know, I made a version of ZC_EMPIRE to be compatible with this version of Repeater Rifle Recovery. You OK with me uploading it?

I've updated the mod and I THINK everything works as it should now, but let me know if not. No additional mods are required (Sorry for the long wait, my hyper-fixation was directed elsewhere)

@gojd, you need to download https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3338467886 to restore the animations and use both mods until this mod is updated.

CA Broke my empire game again.The units with this mod just T posing with no rifles it sad i spent like hours hope you can fix and update the mod.

CA has apparently removed all content in the files about repeater units and has prevented rollbacks. Do not update your game without making a backup of your data! I hope that if this breaks your mod you can add the information back in.

I'm pretty sure I caught mine before the update so let me know if you need anything.

Oh, I haven't played recently. I was checking through my subbed mods to see if there are any issues/pending updates and saw this one updated a few weeks ago. I was just curious if you changed something.
