even with surrender combine off the combine still surrender

is it possible to make a surrendered combine to stand up and follow you?? I really need this for my RP!!

yes I tought same for combine soldiers are synth that means death means litteraly nothing to them. but metrocops still humans under mask they can care about their loved ones but also theres in lore they can't disobey combines or their loved ones... o7 I just take extra humans one and leave.
