Yokohama

Descriere
Along the shore of an industrial sector of Tokyo, two global superpowers fight to protect or destroy a nuclear waste handling facility.

Yokohama is a standard 4CP payload map set in industrial Japan with an emphasis on vertical gameplay spaces. Also features jump pads, a moving train hazard, and some ~slightly~ radioactive water!

I have updated the map to hopefully address an issue where players could block the cart from moving by standing under the track.

I messed up the new blue forward spawn. Update coming later today to fix this and adjust blue's spawn rate for B.

The map has been updated (awaiting approval by mods). See Change Notes for full notes. The changes should make B, C, and D all balanced a little bit more in favor of blue team.
