NOTE: If you miss this achievement because you already upgraded Beef and potato, you have to create a new save file, it will took you around 1-3 hours of gameplay to get the achievement.

Another trick from darkinpresser, if you miss this or accidentally upgrade the recipe, you can use Cooking Lab DLC to create a custom menu that include the type of beef you missed. Thank you darkinpresser!

Finish a service with these menu (menu available after you finished sous-chef story mission)

• Mediterranean tuna

This achievement also can be unlocked through story after you get Bib Gourmand or MICHELIN Star because you will get the mission to put those 3 dish to your menu.

Finish a service with these 4 menu (all of them have to be Gastronomic cuisine)

• Beef and potatoes

There’re a lot of recipe using the oven, here’re some of them

You will get the achievement after you cut brioche, here’s the menu that have brioche

• Veal Milanese - Gastronomic cuisine

Serve a Pasta with spicy tomato sauce (Pasta di Mamma)

In order to achieve this you have to change the menu everyday or every 2 days to match the sous-chef specialty and tell them to make their specialty dishes to keep them happy. Also if they dislike cleaning the kitchen, they will also dislike washing the dishes while on service. You still can get the achievement eventhough the sous-chef sometimes have yellow morale when arriving at the restaurant.

Example :
Day 1
Menu = 2 meat dishes and 2 vegetarian dishes
Sous-chef = Adele and Jiro

Day 2
Menu = 2 fish dishes and 2 vegetarian dishes
Sous-chef = Kassim and Jiro

Day 3
Menu = 2 meat dishes and 2 vegetarian dishes
Sous-chef = Adele and Jiro
and so on

Another trick, you can wait until all your sous-chef arrived at the restaurant, and check which one is dislike cleaning the restaurant so you can put the menu for the one that will help you as sous-chef. Also always accepting your sous-chef request to leave the restaurant to keep their morale high.

⚠️ Also, there’s a bug that makes all three of your sous-chefs dislike to do the dishes in a same day. If this keeps happening over and over again eventhough you already followed the guide, the only way to get this achievement is unfortunately to make a new save file.

Achievable after you unlocked Jiro as the third sous-chef through story.

Everyday or two you will get a random cutscene from your team, just make sure you will always choose an answer that give you +Responsibility.

Complete 3 non-story Chef Hyppolite mission.

Serve a menu with 5 custom plating, should be unlocked after you finished the service.

Easily achievable by using Beef tartare (i use bistronomic cuisine, screenshot below)

• Steak tartare (without egg yolk)
  
• 2/3 stacked Pickled cucumbers
  
• Bunch of olives
  
• Egg yolk
  
• Bunch of fries
  
• Flower shaped shallot
