The first step is to find all the hidden messages in the many levels they're placed in, some levels/areas may have more than one of these messages hidden around. When you reach each area, step in the blue crack that appears and a sound will play.

1. Core Square #1 - At the enterance to the Crowd Core area.











2. Core Square #2 - Behind a painting in the clock house, right on top of Ancora's grave.











3. Core Square #3 - In a small room at the top floor of the EYE.CO building











4. Cache Falls #1 - To the left of the starting area, the easiest way to get there is to use cheat codes.











5. Cache Falls #2 - Behind the end of the level, go up and to the left.











6. Fitxel Zone - Right next the the jumper on the floor.











7. Lucy's Challenge - At the end of the challenge, behind the big throne.










8. Primal Ravines - Find the Arrow in the first picture, follow it with cheats and you will find the spot.










9. Kernel - Right next to the start, on the yellow square.












10. EYE.CO Ruins #1 - At the end of the first area, right next to the picture.












11. EYE.CO Ruins #2 - Right next to the eye of a purple SAM creation, use cheats to get there.












12. Shike's Garden - On the table where a bunch of pixels are playing games.










13. ERROR - At the very start of the area, at the menu screen. The ERROR area is found while completing ending 7.













14. Dark Islands Of Impatience - On the way to the first set of puzzles for ending 7.












15. EYE.CO Facilities #1 - On the blue platform above the elevator.












16. EYE.CO Facilities #2 - In the arcade, on some boxes in the corner.












17. Lost Pixels #1 - On the very top of the lighthouse roof.












18. Lost Pixels #2 - At the base of a stone pillar next to the golden tree.
















19. Factory - On a top section near the very end of the level.












20. Old Test Zone - At the very end of the level on a table.












21. Old Commercial Zone - Next to an arcade machine that's a little off the main path.












22. Death Pixels Base - Next to a bookshelf facing the wall.












23. Art Gallery - In front of the painting shown in the picture.













24. File Under Construction - Right on top of Siseye on the way to one of the cameras.












If you stepped over all of the blue cracks, the file on Edacra's computer should look like this;

Go back to Edacra's computer in the Crowd core area, the previously locked key icon file should be unlocked.













Opening it will show the real world with a giant key placed in the sky, click on the key for a long time and you will start to notice the area changing. Continue clicking it until the screen shows static.













Finally, the last file on Edacra's computer can be opened, ending the secret message puzzle.
