This guide will help you get all the achievements for Silent Breath.

1. THE DEAD DONT MAKE NOISE - You get it by exploring the cemetery, it should be to your left after exiting the house at the start.
2. NOT BELIEVER - You need to explore the chapel which im not very sure where it is at the moment.
3. YOU CANT FIND ME - There is a big creature who has only legs, thats the blind sister and you surive her by not making any noise, its easier to do by putting your mic to 0.
4. I NEED GAS - You get it by exploring the gas station, which is straight forward after exiting the house at the start.
5. I THINK I AM TOO LOUD - You need to talk in your mic so that it detects it as a scream 3 times right before dying.
6. SUNDAY MASS - You get it by exploring the church.
7. WHAT, A CARNAVAL? - You get it by exploring the Amusement Park. Its to the right and straight forward after exiting the house at the start.
8. YOU CAN SMELL ME - You get it by surviving against armless sister, she spawns infront of you randomly and tells you to stay still, you do that and lets you go soon after.
9. IM THE PROFESSIONAL - You get it by dealing with 2 or more sisters at the same time.
10. HOW DID YOU MISS - You need to experience a gunshot jumpscare, which i dont know how to do because i havent gotten it yet but will update this guide once i get it.
11. YOU CAN'T SCARE ME - You get it by surviving long enough to experience 50 scares in ONE run.
12. I AM NOT YOUR FRIEND - Big sister comes to you and asks you to play hide and seek, just run as fast as you can away from her and you easily get it.
13. CROPS ARE READY - You get it by exploring the farm.
14. SWIMMING IS NOT ALLOWED - You get it by exploring the lake.
15. WHO AM I? - You get it by finishing the game(finding all 5 bodies)
16. I AM IN A HURRY - Dont enter the house and straight forward start looking for the bodies.
17. I SEE YOU - A tall and creepy monster starts walking towards you slowly and you need to back up from it while looking at it so that it doesnt come closer until you're far away enough so that it doesnt kill you.
18. MY BREATH IS EVEN SILENT - Beat the game without making any noise, easily doable by putting your mic to 0.
19. I NEED MULTIPLE SCREENS - Explore the TV house.
20. DID I MISS THE BUS? - Explore the bus garage.
21. TIME IS UP - You get it by failing to find all 5 bodies before 5 am.
22. I AM THE DEVIL - Same as 11. but with 100 jumpscares.
23. COWARD - Set your mic to 0,
24. COOKIE CLICKER - Toggle your flashlight On/Off more than 100 times.
25. HAH, AMATEUR! - You get it by failing to find a single body before 5 am.

Side note: when looking for the butcher - if you see the campsite with blue tents you are close to it, it is somewhere around there, those are the closest landmarks to the cabin!

I got the last two new achievements. For "knock Knock" when exploring the butcher's cabin there is a table with a silver key on it that can be picked up - pick it up & you will use it to unlock a bunker door that can be found behind the cemetery. The easiest way to find it is to back track back to the spawn area, go to the cemetery & continue to walk straight through it (there is a map created by Hotdog7 that I recommend looking at to orient yourself). Behind the cemetery there is a small shed - walk to it & then walk straight behind it - you will shortly see a bright light with a very large utility pole sparking, this is the bunker. Enter the bunker & "knock knock" will pop. Continue into the bunker until you reach the dead end, continue to walk back & forth between the door & the dead end wall until a desk pops up. Walk back to the door & then back to the desk & the phone on the left side of the desk should now be interactive - press e & you got the hidden achievement.

So far I have gotten "Fresh Meat" by exploring the butcher's cabin which I found by walking out of the starting building kinda of curving to the right (like going to the amusement park but more right of it --> there is another guide here on steam that has a map of locations if you look at it, the cabin is somewhere between the TV cabin and Amusement Park but could go out to south of the Fire Camp so in that area) - all I did was walk through the cabin and leave through the other side which for me triggered the butcher to start attacking me - all you need to do is just keep running and you can escape him after a few minutes giving you "I'm a vegetarian." As for the other two I haven't found them yet but when I do I can post their solutions.

Note:
I have also seen discussion of someone finding the butcher's cabin southwest of the gas station so generally it seems to be found somewhere southwest from the starting area

"I SEE YOU" as of what i know i have survived a game with 103 scares and seen a similar monster to this and did exactly what you said and i still can't get it
