First Method (Enabled in Every Mode)

First, subscribe to the mode you want to use and enter the game.

After entering the game, find Left 4 Dead 2 in the Steam library, right click, properties and select browse from installed files.

Click on the folder named left4dead2>addons>workshop

Go to file left4dead2>addons>workshop,
copy the vpk extension of the mod you subscribed to here

Go back to left4dead2 and create a file name

Then go into it and right click and paste the file.
If you are going to use many mods in one file, create one more file.

change your name do this "pak01_dir"

Go back again "left4dead2" and find "gameinfo.txt" After open
