Meditation reroll
Last season, Wu Ce didn't aim for Best Choice because the plan was to use Luck points to roll for Divination. Now we can spend the first five rounds exchanging in Meditation, then break through directly to Virtuoso and pick Best Choice. In these five rounds, you'll get 17 or 18 cards depending whether you pick At Own Pace, so you can upgrade only four cards to lv.max, in addition to which you'll have Perfectly Planned and one more card, which might be lv.1 or lv.2; therefore, you can only merge cards you intend to keep, and you can't absorb any cards. Decide which cards to upgrade and use based on what you draw first. We'll use Astral Move - Flank and Sparrow's Tail for sure.

The 2-qi line: qi-less attack + Perfectly Planned + Flank + Sparrow's Tail + qi-less attack

Among qi-less attacks, Incessant > Palm Thunder > Zhen Hexagram. Zhen is worst because it does less damage unless you also have Palm Thunder; Incessant is better than Palm Thunder because we are less likely to miss lethal with the 12 damage than with the random damage (even though the random damage's average is 12).

The 3-qi line: qi-less attack + Perfectly Planned + Flank + Sparrow's Tail + Shifting Stars + Striding Into the Wind / Flank;
or, to make use of Striding's DEF: qi-less attack + Perfectly Planned + Sparrow's Tail + Striding Into the Wind + Shifting Stars + Flank

Of course, if the qi-less attack is Zhen Hexagram, that lets you play Striding before Sparrow if desired. Lv.max Shifting Stars can move to slot four to use Star Power better. Use your brain.

The 4-qi line: Dotted Around + Perfectly Planned + four qi consumers (Sparrow's Tail, Flank, Striding, and one more Flank or Striding)

The 2-qi line is not recommended, but you might play it if, for example, in Round 1 you merged two qi-less attacks in order to win. Don't be too hasty to merge; try not to commit to 3- or 4-qi until Round 3.

White Crane, Earth Hexagram, and Wind Hexagram are not used, but you might play Astral Move - Block in Round 1. Sometimes you might play something like Dotted Around + Striding + Perfectly Planned + Sparrow in Round 2, so don't just keep Perfectly Planned in slot two without thinking. Use your brain.

For Dao Rhyme, only pick HHH or Heaven Hexagram over At Own Pace.

Among Foundation-phase Immortal Fates, other than Divination, which is to be discussed later: Epiphany > draw one (don't waste an exchange on Fortunes and Luck) > Thunder Tribulation > others. Paying Destiny for Stargaze or Meteor Quench is not recommended; Store Qi is pickable.

Keep using all of your exchanges in Virtuoso*, and once per round in Immortality. Break through on Round 8 or 9 according to circumstances.

*But not necessarily every round. Don't exchange for the sake of exchanging. Just try to use all of your exchanges before you break through to Immortality. Use your brain.
