Blessed Are The Sick (Compatibility Version)

This is the compatibility version of Blessed Are The Sick, which removes all of the evolving diseases from the mod. They should no longer appear in game, and heroes with those diseases will have them replaced by dummy quirks with a warning label. If you are using the standard Blessed Are The Sick mod and your game is crashing when you open one of your heroes' info panel, switching out the mod for this one should allow you to open the info panel again and get the disease removed at the Sanitarium.

In the future I will be adding incompatibilities to the evolving diseases so that they won't appear on heroes with other modded evolving quirks, but since more mods with evolving quirks will continue to be made, this will be a moving target. So I'm putting this alternate version of the mod up for troubleshooting purposes and for people who want to use the rest of the new diseases without worrying about mod incompatibilities.
