Tedster's LWoTC Class Overhaul for Mod Jam/Ted Jam

Given Kiruka's been MIA, I've decided to start updating classes myself for Mod Jam for some of the changes I've made to LWoTC.

So far, this mod contains two classs, the Technical and the Ranger. The Technical is a version of my 1.2 beta Technical with tweaked XCOM decks and a few other tweaks so it's more suited to the Mod Jam environment. The Ranger swaps some perks up and tries out a new XCOM deck format to make it feel better in the Mod Jam environment.

Requirements:

Right now, I've mirrored the requirements for Kiruka's LWoTC class overhaul, not all are used at the moment, but I want to be safe as I add more classes in the future.
As this pack doesn't include every base LWoTC class, you'll still want Kiruka's overhaul too.
