The short answer is no. The long answer involves some math, so buckle in:
The way that Bogo Sort works is that each time it runs, it shuffles all items in the list then checks from bottom to top to see if the list is sorted. If it's sorted, the algorithm stops. Otherwise, it tries again.
In order for the sort in this mod to finish (which contains 20 items), 20 items would each have to fall into 1 specific spot, all at the same time. The chance of this happening is
1 over 20! (20 factorial), or 1/(20*19*18*17 ... *3*2*1). This equates to a 1 in 2.5 QUINTILLION chance, and when checking roughly 30 times a second, it likely won't finish before the sun becomes a red giant and envelops the Earth.
So, no, the animation never ends :p
