That said, I'm happy to help with said separate mod as much as I legally can! @krispykremeguy42, your code looks solid but may need some edits to function as such, especially given how mod dependencies can be tricky. Ping me on the mod-support channel on the Dawnsbury Days discord, and we can discuss more deeply.
Some of the assets weren't on the original github repo, so (for instance) the panache icon is just an empty box, but that doesn't bother me.
I've never really used GitHub much, and I've really only used git for work. What's the protocol for this kind of thing? Should I submit a pull request, keep it on a separate fork, and/or upload it as a separate mod to the Steam workshop?

Also I would like to ask to also add a swashbuckler dedication in that case since there are now dedications feats in this version.
