UPDATE STATUS
Updated for 1.14.2.2.

CURRENT FEATURES
-Disables Minor and Major epidemics.
-Generally increases severity of Apocalyptic epidemics by increasing duration and maximum number of provinces to infect. In particular, the Black Death is now a world-conquering terror; I recommend not using my mod with the "Unlimited BD" game rule enabled.
-Some tweaks made to outbreak chances; general trend is downward, epidemics should occur less frequently.
-A bugfix; certain physician treatment logic is broken, resulting in a substandard treatment being used. REQUIREMENTS AND COMPATIBILITY
I've set this mod to require the Legends of the Dead DLC. Because epidemics are technically part of the base game, I don't know if it's truly "needed"; install at your own risk, if you don't have the DLC. This mod will be incompatible with anything that modifies epidemic content.

Mod updated. Mod no longer covers events, because Paradox added cooldowns/increased existing cooldowns in almost all cases, and I can't be bothered to maintain an entire event file for one event event that has a cooldown smaller than I like.
I would like to take this opportunity to point out that the bugged court physician logic still has not been fixed by Paradox. What a shame.

I'll update my mod when the game updates on the 8th, but the patch notes for the base game update say Alms is finally going to be fixed. Hurray!

After getting the alms popup 5 times a month I had to do something or quit the game until a fix, then I came over this mod. Works like a charm. Like Lucasif commented, massively underrated mod.
