Cheaper Takeda Light Cavalry

This mod reduces the cost for the Takeda Light Cavalry unit, in singleplayer only, to 350 kudo.

Like many people noticed the Light cavalry for the Takeda Clan is in the vanilla game actually more expensive in recruitment than the normal one for the other clans.

I know that the reduced upkeep cost negates that effect after 2+ turns and since the units stats are better, maybe this messes with the balance of the Takeda (especially in the early game), but it alway bugged me that this one specific cavalry unit wasnt cheaper so I made this mod.
Also its only 50 kudo less compared to the 100 that faction specific units are usually cheaper.

Compatibility:
Only singleplayer, so no problem with MP.

Should only conflict with mods that alter the Takeda Light Cavalry entry in the units_table.
