I didn't use any equipment other then to knockout darts and S-rnaked this (normal difficulty)

I was able to complete it without any loses. I've run through right part of a map first, than crawled by the road to the hill below elite sniper, where placed 2 turrets on fathest points, where 1 was used against sniper. Last soldier run to the top house and wasn't able to destroy turret in 1 turn, while rest of the soldiers were still running around starting point

This didn't really need a seperate walkthrough
